Their soondubu soup is amazing! They offer a very affordable lunch set, making it one of the best Korean spots for plate lunches in town. The owner is incredibly kind and packs the food neatly. We waited until they opened, and people immediately started lining up :)

Seoul Kimbap truly is elite. I have been going to them since they first opened at their starting location in Remington College. I love how many options they still have and how delicious their food is. I have since branched out from kimbap only and have now tried their spicy pork and soondubu sweets. DELISH! It is the right amount of spice and plenty of food. This family is so wonderful. I saw someone that came by on her last day of work because she was moving to the mainland and wanted to say "thank you for feeding her." They gave her and her friend (that bought her lunch) sodas on the house. Love the relationships that they build and how nice they truly are. If you haven't already, go and grab yourself lunch from Seoul Kimbap! Jal meokgesseumnida!

Came here for the first time last week and one of the best affordable places in downtown! I will recommend getting to Seoul Kimbap early because they sell out quickly! It's a family owned bussiness and they are so nice!

My favorite downtown lunch spot! Seoul Kimbap is always reliable and fast which is perfect when you work downtown. And an even bigger plus is that the food is always incredible. The tuna kimbap is always a favorite if you can get there before they sell out. And if you're looking for more food the plates are all so good! Especially with the soondubu and kimchi soup. You can't go wrong any day of the week here. The family working is always so friendly and provides excellent customer service. Highly recommend to anyone downtown looking for a great lunch to go! Just keep in mind they can sell out fairly fast!

The only thing you should come here for is the Spicy Pork Kimbap (very good) Bulgogi Kimbap is average and the bentos are just an oversauced version of the Spicy Pork (not good) Come before 11:50AM or they get sold out

Home cooked Korean food served with a smile! They sell out of many things so come early. Reasonable prices for fresh food made with love. The spicy pork and bulgolgi were both perfectly cooked and seasoned. The Tuna kimbap was a sleeper hit too! Everything came with little soups which were tasty and refreshing.

Love stopping here to grab lunch. Located in Pioneer Plaza this little shop has great lunch sets that include a protein, rice, vegetable sides like takuan and mushrooms, and a side soup. My fave combo is the spicy pork with kimchi stew, but the bulgogi with sundubu is also really good. You can't go wrong here - everything I've had is excellent. The two ladies are very friendly and are always look like they are working very hard.

I don't know how I overlooked this place for so long! I've walked by it so many times when it was in the Remington building. Today, I finally visited in its Pioneer Plaza location, looking for some yummy Kimbap, as this place has great reviews. I was also interested in the Soondubu, but, alas, it was not Soondubu day. I picked up the bulgogi kimbap, which comes with the fish cake soup. The kimbap is sooooo tasty. Way better than 88 Mart or H mart (or are those not fair comparisons?). The meat was so flavorful and tender. The fish cake soup was so good too! It smelled so good and tasted even better. I can't wait to come back and try the Soondubu. I bet it's amazing. I also want to try the spicy pork. I only wish it was closer to my office -- it's quite a hike in this hot September weather. Absolutely recommend! I can't believe they aren't totally swamped with customers daily!

If you work near Pioneer Plaza in downtown, 900 Fort Street Mall, Seoul Kimbap is one of the lunch places you can try if you enjoy Korean Maki sushi. Their menu is mainly Kimbap with special menu for the day. You can choose from different flavor of Kimbap. I chose fried tofu and beef flavor. I was pleasantly surprised that each Kimbap comes with fish cake soup. The staff are very nice and polite as other Yelpers mentioned. They even pack your food nicely with napkins and utensil without having to ask for one. What a nice service! Both of the Kimbap were good and fresh. I also enjoyed the free fish cake soup. I will be back to try some of their daily special.

The food is great but that i keep coming back for lunch because of the owners. They are the cutest couple who really care about serving great food and service to their customers. Now for the food: Mondays, Wednesday, and Friday's their specials are soondubu and bi bim bap. Either entree you have the choice of bulgogi or spicy pork. Tuesdays and Thursday they have kimbap and and fish cake soup. They also neatly pack your food for you and remind you that the soup is hot. They also offer you hand sanitizer before you leave. The food is great, but the service is definitely by far the reason I keep coming back.
